This app is great for a quick off the cuff measurement. It is designed great and runs well!

One of the most accurate DB meters I have used. Amazing what the developer was able to do with the program and an IPhone . Worth twice the price if you need such a device, trying buying one at Radio Shack or other electronics store !!!

One of the best of its kind (that doesnt cost an arm & leg). I had this app for a while now and it always performs well. Has all the needed features and more. Plus, every update it gets better. I love the quality look and function of this app. I highly recommend this to everyone. A quality app. Also, Im glad they decided to stick with the original icon. Some things are better left unchanged.

Great application. I use it every night to make sure I dont have the white noise on too loud in the babys room.

Has always run fine. iPad version a wonder for public discussions. Ive rotated the iPhone/ iPad from the first day to point the mike toward the sound source and to lessen the clothing-muffle effect.

This seems to be fairly accurate.

I have been using this for a few years now and it is the standard by which I measure the others. It is money well spent for the variety of displays, adjustments and calibration tools. While, I dont use all the features of the app, each one I do has a clear, clean interface and is easy to use.

Plenty of features, easy to use, seems to be pretty accurate, cheap.

The author gets maximum performance out of very compact program code and provides frequent updates to add features and remove bugs. The app is quick to download and quick to launch, yet provides a robust feature set and excellent performance.

They had a nice minimal icon and are (yet again!) trying to change it to an ugly, busy and complicated one. Last time they listened to user reviews and changed it back... fingers crossed itll happen again.

Works to measure cabin noise in cars. Cleaner interface than SoundMeter.

So annoyed that it keeps asking me to review the app. So yeah. Heres the review. Annoyed also by the warnings for what mode Im in.

I really like SPLnFFT. I have a home recording studio, so this app will definitely come in handy from time to time. I do, however, have to agree with the other reviewer that those pop-up windows are really annoying.
